If the server dies, one need to start it again using the start_hvgui on adaql3 adev account. ( Might need to be moved somewhere else not sure if adaql3 is a DAQ computer right now )
This server talks to the HV through the portserver so to change HV on the
right arm. DO NOT TELNET into hatsv3 2005 that will break the server.
To get the gui login on an adaq computer with the adev account and type
the command hvgui_vnc.
This will pop up a VNC on the HV server.
