Still waiting for beam ...

Try ovs=3 but rampdelay=50

Run 11641 ... As before, 4 of the blumis show the DAC value
and the other 4 seem normal.  Actually, on the 4 that show
DAC, it's probably the peak, but 2 of these show the beam
and the other 2 are straight lines.  The structure on each
ADC is the same: first 2 channels normal, next shows DAC
peak with beam, 4th shows just DAC lines.  It seems we are
reading the ADC when it's not ready, or something.

Run 11642 ... ovs=7, rampdelay=200, integ=1500.

Qualitatively similar to run 11641.

Clearly we have some work to do in the test crate.
