The RF and injector tests that were scheduled for this Thursday have been
pushed back into the program and are now scheduled for next Thursday (and
will definitely happen due to a tour for congressional aides.)
This means that the parity studies that were planned by Yves and any hall
accesses that we had planned are not for "free" any more.
