scintillator PMTs. These HV channels are supposed to be ON irrespective of 
Happex running modes.

Left HRS S2 HV ch:
Slot 0 all 12 channels
Slot 12 all 12 channels
Slot 13 ch0 to ch7

Left HRS pvdis scintillator: Slot 2 ch11

Right HRS S2 HV ch:
Slot 7 all 12 channels
Right HRS pvdis scintillator HV ch: 
Slot 12 ch6 and ch10.
