    keyword=BCM and happex detector pedestals calibrated

    The pedestals for bpm1 and bpm2 were calibrated from a current scan (run
    11695) against the unser monitor.

    The pedestals for the happex detectors were determined from a beam off
    period.

    The following changes to the database files were made.
