I copied over the new ADC18 lib, hapAdc18Lib, and compiled it
in ~/devices/adc18.  If something goes wrong there is hapAdc18Lib_ok1.
But the new version should be backward compatible.

I have prepared the new happex3_ts code but did not copy it yet
because I see people are trying to work on something.  Its ready
to go when we have a moment to switch.

I added ~/scripts/linkassn to ~/scripts/getruninfo
