Again, re: Musson cavities at 100 uA, this time looking at BPMs.

The BPM value vs event number in fig 1.
Obviously cav3x is screwed up.  
Looks like an ADC problem, see fig 2 which focusses on this
particular ADC channel.  The base is too large and does not
show the DAC noise.  All other channels (and other ADCs) in
this crate look ok.  We may consider swapping this ADC out
for another V-mode board.

Also, seen is the usual DAC glitch which affects all channels
on all ADCs at the same time.  (Explained previously.)
