    keyword=Rate problem understood

    The clock on the R-HRS, which is in 8th channel of the norm scaler,
    is quadrupole pulsing: 4*1024 Hz. This means the rates are actually
    4 times higher.

    The L-HRS clock looks ok.

    I verified this at the level of raw data.

    This brings the 2 HRS in line with each other and the L-HRS is
    at 3 kHz for ~0.5 uA which is what we had before.
