Alum dummy hole target in place.

L-HRS DAQ rate = 750 Hz with ps1=ps2=2
R-HRS DAQ rate = 730 Hz with same.
Detector checkout was good.
When cutting on either foil with Ytarget I didn't see
the hole in angles at target, but we did see a hole
with spot++. Maybe I don't know the structure of
this target.
