    4:00 no beam. accelerator problem.
    4:44 beam back up. 100 uA. FFB back on, but "Gain Search" not set properly. So all bpm12's saturated!! RF Off. BPM feedback on. RF Gain High.
    5:00 bpm12's saturated still. asked for "Gain Search" but MCC said they would do it after they get the beam stable at 100 uA.
    5:53 bpm12's still saturated. asked for 50 uA beam for dithering
    tests.
    6:15 dithering tests concluded. The results are promising. No need to
    change any magnet setups yet, like we had planned before. asked
    MCC for 100 uA. have 100 uA. FB is on. RF OFF.
    6:23 have been talking to MCC about fixing the bpm12 gain. they have
    been repeatedly "Gain Search" ing, but not been able to fix the
    bpm12's yet. FB on. RF OFF. RF Gain High.
    6:30 bpm12 under control. not saturating anymore. FB Off. RF OFF. BPM
    Feedback On.
    6:40 bpm12 saturated again. "Gain Search" Gain OK.
    7:00 bpm 12 looks ok now. FFB Off. RF Off. BPM feedback on. RF Gain Low

    8:30 dithering turned on for good. cycles every 8 minutes.
