This entry is a followup to: 289076

HapSimple: Got rid of the dot (.dat. -> .dat) for data files.

Moved the 2nd run 11939 to parity09_11939_2nd.dat to make
MSS book-keeping happy.  Not that it matters because the 2nd
run is junk.  The 2nd run 11938 has a dot at the end (and is junk). 
The 1st one is safely in MSS.  They get copied over rather quickly.
