    keyword=Beam Position scan

    Asked MCC for the biggest raster they can provide: 11x11 MCC units
    At the target: 6.5x5.0mm

    We moved the beam in +-1 mm in both x and y at BPM4B, which translated to
    roughly the same amount at the target as well.

    Results from the beam position scan from owl shift, Friday sep 18.
