    This entry is a followup to: 290753

    keyword=target motion/ioc reboot

    This time when target not moving, it probably was not because of ioc. When I was paged, I was told that ioc was rebooted twice, but it still did not move, the "MOVE TARGET" button did not appear. I asked them to check if it was not closed and in another window. It was indeed in another window. So please remember to close this window after you click on "MOVE TARGET".
