keyword=spot++ on holey Carbonspot++ on holey Carbon. Larm s0's on. 10uA. 10 by 10 raster. Run 24856. ps2 = 1. The Harp scans done just earlier (after the backout) look as they did before -- 200um intrinsic in x and y.
From plots can see y is off center...asking MCC to move y such that BPM4By=2.1 (as before). x centering looks good (note that now BPM4Bx=-1.3 still).
Note that the spot is now round in x and the raster size is once again 6 by 5 mm (x by y).
