    keyword=preparing for production

    Since Compton tuning was done already and is reasonable, we will now prepare to goto production. We will first adjust JT valve to 54.9 (it was at 53.8) per request of RC. The total ESR flow is 24g/s, whereas we usually have had 25.5 g/s; the fan speed is 72-74Hz (maxed)...We are moving to production target loop3.

    We will ask for 10uA, examine the detector rates and do a raster current scan to see it is clean and flat (just to be sure).

    I checked the hapdet rates at the counting DAQ HV level (-1600 for Rarm and -2100 for Larm) and saw what I expected -- roughly 60 - 70kHz for 10uA on Hydrogen target. I will now return the HVs to -1200 Rarm and -1590 Larm and strobe the relay switch back to integrating DAQ.
