keyword=helicity errors: software issue, most of the data/pair sync fine

previously helicity errors were seen for runs: 12833-36, 12844, 12850-72,
12887. these were all taken in "HapNoQweak" configuration. all the runs
taken in "Happex" configuration are fine. the helicity errors were due to
incorrect .db files. there were two copies of helicity from the injector
crate in the .db file. the HapNoQweak.def file looked fine, but I had
modified it in vi. and although the .def file only had CountHouse,
RightSpec and LeftSpec, when the script that created .db file read
LeftSpec, it went back to reading CountHouse instead of exiting the .def
file. the cause of this could have been some blank spaces that i
neglected to delete in the .def while using vi.

all the .db files have been corrected, and usable data recovered.
run # 12872-75 was not taken with pair sync, so is unusable.

pair sync: the incorrect .db files also had extra copies of the injector
scaler variables. so the pair sync errors seen for "HapNoQweak" config
was probably due to incorrect datamap. after correcting the .db file, i
did not see any pair sync errors. i looked at about 10 runs.

total beam time loss: 1 hr, 20 minutes
(runs taken between 00:02 and 1:20 Friday,12872-72 are unusable)
