Attachment 1 is zoomed in on a range in numpolar and clock. Note the pattern of clock values which appears in some areas... this is seen various other places throughout the run.
Attachment 2 is the clock vs numpolar again, but cutting off the clock >3e6 (there is a very common saturation value around 64e6).
The transition is the laser turning on (known from FADC DAQ)... higher rate = fifo fills before end of MPS gate, I guess.
