lumi width ~ 1400, were about 2000 at some point right after we got the beam 
back. the widths are probably related to the cryo flow rate and the temperature 
of the traget. curently the cryo flow rate is slightly less than 25 g/s and the 
temp fairly stable at 19 K. we have run at flow rate as high as 25.3 g/s, for 
which the width were around 1100/1200.
