Charge History (correction): 114.2 as of 10/9 at 09:00.

This correction was needed for the last two slugs (19 and half of 20) due to 
the pedestal correction on bcm2.  The charge had to be reduced by a factor of 
180/200 (10%).  The charge accumulation macro scale factor will need to be 
adjusted for all slugs as soon as the runs are reprompted, but this will not 
result in any "correction" to the overall charge accumulated.
