Kent reminded me that Megan had mentioned for run 13155 in her shift
summary that the number of OK pairs + cut pairs is not equal to the
total pairs without cuts.  For this run, only about 2% of the pairs
were unaccounted for in the display.  

I have checked other runs such as run 13165 as displayed in the 
attached figure.  Here there are about 9% of the pairs not listed.  
For some other runs, I have found up to about 15% missing pairs.

When I ran prompt on run 13165, I saw the output below.  But I do not
see any substantial difference from the online display.  So where are
all the missing pairs?
