the cryoflow is unstable (fig 2). Dave Meekins called and asked if
the HP heater was not working. It is working and is for example
818 Watts when beam is off. Sometimes it pegs at zero when the
beam is on, but that happens if cryoflow goes low and is normal.
I see no evidence that the HP heater is problematic. Dave said
there is nothing we can do about this and that it's not a serious
problem either -- unless we see some evidence in our data like
more boiling or something.
