The synch monitors for ADC18 is -- according to Megan -- a false
alarm because Luis unplugged some signal related to that yesterday.
I seem to remember an halog about that recently.

We are taking production run 13317.

I did make a couple changes I've been meaning to for awhile:

1. New hapAdc18Lib which has a correct reset function.
2. Added adc18_reset to prestart for happex3_ts.crl

I did not roll out the new happex3_ts.crl yet.  Next time.
