The plan for the low-I cavity scan.

MCC is moving 2 corrector coils, and X and a Y.
They will move in a 4-point box about 2 mm on a side.

First they will write down the coil values for the 4 points
by using BPMs at 5 uA.

Then, for the rest of the test, we reproduce these
coil values.

We will gradually decrease beam current, using Lumi to measure I.

We may need to change gains of cavities; will do it with 
calibration before and after.
