    MCC calls. Good news.

They believe they have fixed the Fast Feedback system. They have been running beam at 5 µA into our Hall, and it seems to be operating properly. They would like to confirm that it works at full nominal current (i.e. at 1900 µA). I check that target is in the "empty" position (which is a lousy name, by the way, since it means that no target is in the beam, not that an empty target is in the beam path), and that the Compton electron detector is in the "garage", and tell them they can go ahead.
