      Target seems not to be regulating here ; sits at 18.88 K, not 19.0 K. 
      Call Dave Meekins (again. sorry Dave...) He finds a problem in 
    the Beam Compensation software, and for now we have turned off beam
    compensation.

    To try next: go up in Fan speed to 60 Hz or 72 Hz; may need to increase the JT valve as I expect the fan will heat the target up a bit. Watch Lumi widths and decide on optimal settings (perhaps reduce raster if possible)?
