    keyword=HAPPEX Feedback Monitor says it's April 3rd, 1990

    The HAPPEX Feedback Monitor claims that it's  April 3rd, 1990. 

If that was the case, then the Hubble Space Telescope would be launching in 
just a couple of weeks (April 20th) and it was just a few months ago that 
Voyager 1 sent us the Pale Blue Dot photo (February 14th).
