Here are the changes to the DAQ which I'll make this evening unless I hear objections. I'll ask
Luis to make adjustments to GreenMonster and the database templates to reflect this.

-- Drop the L-HRS HAPPEX crate (ROC25). Nothing interesting being read out there and it's
just another crate that can bring us down. Easy to put back in for PREX.
-- Remove from library the HAPPEx ADCs for det1 and det2 since they were physically
removed by Rupesh.
-- Implement the latest library and CRL for 18-bit ADCs. I'll test it thoroughly the next few
days.
-- There will be only two configs : PVDIS and PvdNoQweak. The former is all the crates, and
the latter is minus the Qweak crate (ROC31).
-- I'll do the usual checklist for switching experiments.
