    keyword=Compton cavity locked and optimised

    The Compton cavity was locked for the first time since the second power
    failure. The mirror positions were lost. The following procedure was used.

    1) Maximise the reflected photodiod signal (on the scope.)
    2) Use the mirrors to move the beam on the QPDs nearer to the last
    recorded values in the following order.
    a) M1V -> Y2
    b) M1H -> X2
    c) M2V -> X1
    d) M2H -> Y1
    3) Once flashing is observed, move the mirrors to maximise the depth of
    the reflection dip (on the scop) until locking occurs.
    4) Optomise alignment for lock.

    The final position was a power of 965 W at QPD positions
    Y1=121
    X1=511
    Y2=18
    X2=-604
