A quick analysis of run 13699 with ovs=9 shows that standard
cleanup cuts remove all glitches in ADC18.  See fig 1.

The usual DAC noise glitch happens 10 times more often because the
rate is 10 times higher.

There are also 4 "bad0" events.  1 at the start (this is normal) and
3 more during this run which normally don't happen for ovs=0.
That's 3 out of 100K.  This might be caused by deadtime, it's unclear,
but in any case the associated bad data can be identified and cut.
