    I made an estimate of the noise in the left S1 detector by cutting below
    and above the main timing peak around 1550 from the raw TDCs. There are
    actually two peaks and I have found that the second peak around 2200
    mostly shows up in the pedestal of the ADC. The ratio is the noise below channel 1500
    divided by the total signal for each TDC.
