keyword=S1 1R TDC NoiseBogdan suggested lowering the HV on the S1 # 1 PMT on the right-hand
side by 100 Volts to see if this lowers the number of noisy hits in
the TDC.
Figure 1 shows the S1-1R TDC after the HV was lowered and Figure 2
shows the same TDC before lowering the HV. The noise dropped from
about 29% down to 8%.
