keyword=Compton vertical scan and Compton status

I made a vertical scan of the Compton chicane, and asked for a position of -0.92mm in the chicane. The background is around 400 Hz, there is an oddity is that the signal is much lower that expected at this current and cavity power. One hardly see the rate laser on on the normalized rates but it is more obvious on the ComptonCentralRate. So I am trying to figure out the reason, it might be we are not crossing the laser at waist ( maybe tune in horizontal position can help ) or beam is not focus optimally.
I did not ask to push to lower the compton rates further since I want to look at the data to assess the background at 6 GeV. I guess we will refine the tune on thursday. Also I was not able to go much beyond 1550 V without tripping, Megan estimates we should run at 1700 V to have the best result. So to be investigated too.
