Last night apparently something changed in ROC 2, slot 22. Jin found that
after run 4741, the right HRS replay would no longer work and produced
repeated warning messages:

DAQ warning: too many data on crate 2 slot 22 : 64

I looked into the db_cratemap.dat file and found that this was labeled as
an ADC. I remembered looking at ROC 2 and recalling that there was a TDC
in this slot. I changed the db_cratemap file to reflect this. Now the
replay for the right HRS is working.

Someone should double check what module is in this crate and slot.

Here is the line I modified in the cratemap file:
