    keyword=scaler rate checks (75 uA)

    L-HRS magnets set for P0 = 3.66 GeV. theta = 12.9 degrees.
    I = 75 uA.

    Observed rates in scalers:

    T1 = 280 kHz
    T2 = 5150 Hz ... usual T2
    T3 = 57.5 kHz .. preshower group 4
    T4 = 58 kHz .... shower group 4
    T5 = 68.4 kHz .. sum preshower+shower group 4
    T6 = 2100 Hz ... electron narrow
    T7 = 287 kHz ... gas cherenkov
    T8 = 1024 Hz (pulser)

    T6 is very different from T1 or T7 which is moderately disturbing.
    However, Kai tells me the program to align the signals has
    not begun yet.

    Note: T2/T1 = 1.8%. This implies a rough online inefficiency of
    0.9% per plane for the scintillators, which is good and normal.
    (Offline analysis cleanup typically reduces this inefficiency.)
