This morning Bogdan found that the wide pedestal on the gas Cerenkov
channel 7 was due to a bad delay cable. After swapping patch panels, the
wide pedestal was gone.

Right as I was finishing up my work on S1, I found that the gas Cerenkov
channel 3 developed a wide pedestal. One I discovered the ribbon cable
from the discriminator was lose. I reseated the cable, but the pedestal
was still wide. I decided to switch patch panel delay cables for this
channel. I moved the signal from the patch panel connector C3 to D1
(previously used for the aerogel). After this change, the pedestal came
back to normal.

It is concerning that the delay cables or connectors are starting to fail
for some channels.
