Scan BPM positions to calibrate ADC BPM readings VS EPICS BPM readings

• 5uA beam on empty target
• raster off
• taking 1kHz T8 on both L/R DAQs
• 5min run each rnu, ~300k triggers
• MCC have difficulty move BPM A X to a lower value than -3mm
• Norminal beam position are BPM A =  B = (-3.0 2.0)
• continue from what's left over from Vince
