I updated ~a-onl/scripts/scaler.map which is used by 
halla_scaler_process.tcl to make halog entries.

Now this is consistent with ~adaq/happexsp/scaler/scaler.map
used by xscaler.  Ramesh had moved the signals around.

(careful, the format of these may be different).

This might fix the nonsensical halog end-run entries for beam
current, charge.  Need a calm moment with beam to see ...
