keyword=100 uA target alarm and tonights solution

When running at 100 uA a beam trip set off a target alarm. Kai thinks that this is due to the temprature going out of range because the PID can not respond quick enough during a 100 uA beam trip to bring the temprature up. So for tonight he had us switch the production beam current to 90 uA and set the local power heater for LOOP 1 to 30V. Local pwer supply was increased to 30V because during a trip the target power strip show the power reaching 0 limit so by turning on the local power supply we gain ~60 Watts or so and do not hit this 0 power limit.
