Jian-Ping called and asked that shift workers log the screens,
especially the one showing the HP heater and with the axis scale
showing zero. See fig 1 for example.
Unfortunately in recent episodes like halog 298949 and 298982
it's hard to tell if the HP heater is bottoming-out.
If it is bottoming-out, then the solution is to bump up the
coolant flow. Perhaps a job for a black belt (not a yellow belt
like me), but first we need the info. Hence, log these screens
correctly !
