We're on slug 1.  We had 3 productive owl shifts, two
with R-HRS only, and 1 (last night) with both HRS.

First production run was 13843
Runs 13843 to 13867 are R-HRS only.  Q = 1.54 C
Runs 13870 to 13882 are both arms.  Q = 1.48 C

Therefore we have approximately
R-HRS Q = 3.0 C
L-HRS Q = 1.5 C

We need to consider L and R-HRS separately (different kinematics).

Also the scripts that do the Coulomb meter update are partly
broken.  The directory ~/pvdis/RC was made at noon today.
