PS: the discriminator to choose for threshold change for the gas-cer signal that goes to the pvdis dedicated fasbus TDC is PREX_r_disc. When we decide to change threshod, we need to set the same threshod for cherR_disc and PREX_r_disc since cherR_disc has all the gas-cer signals that go to regular fastbus TDC.
