    I was reminded that the ADC gate of the spectrometer DAQ is only about 400ns. So when plotting ADCs of any detector, it's important to cut on some TDCs to make sure the signal you are plotting is within the ADC gate. Otherwise the amplitude will be zero, or at least much smaller than what the real signals are.

    Here is a plot similar to the previous entry for run #4984. But when making the blue and red plot I added D.evtype==1 and also used smaller TDC cuts, from 300 to 800. (300 is about where the ADC gate stops as shown in halog #299374), and there is usually barely any signal above 800. The red now agrees well with the blue.
