This entry is a followup to: 300286
keyword=results of Qsq vs RateFrom the Low-I scan we see the Qsq is pretty flat wrt rate.
(Of course Qsq should not depend on rate. Any distortion is
an indication of systematics which we've known from HAPPEX.)
We see very marginal evidence of rate-distortions on L-HRS at ~100 kHz.
