    keyword=results of Qsq vs Rate

    From the Low-I scan we see the Qsq is pretty flat wrt rate.
    (Of course Qsq should not depend on rate. Any distortion is
    an indication of systematics which we've known from HAPPEX.)
    We see very marginal evidence of rate-distortions on L-HRS at ~100 kHz.
    Stat. errors only shown. (much less than 0.1%)
