keyword=Compton base current stabilityThe Compton base current is stable at HV=-1500V, but is still a little unstable at HV=-1550V with beam trips (still there is a constant DC shift). The calculated anode current looks fine (72uA), but it seems dangerous to run in conditions where the base current is not stable.
