This entry is a followup to: 301386

Looks like something very strange started happening with BCM1. 

At first I thought it might be a sync problem, but we see the strangeness when 
comparing two signals from the same crate, BCM1 and BCM2 (top two plots).

To see which signal is correct, I compared each one to a lumi signal (bottom 
two plots). 

So it looks like for some unknown reason, the 16bit ADC to which BCM1 is 
connected went nuts at the end of run 14094, but was fine by the beginning of 
the next run, as shown in attachment 2.
