keyword=Deadtime loss from electron run 14201-14202

To see if the GC width change from 50 to 40ns could be the cause of the change in deadtime, I asked Kai to turn on tagger for one run for the electron production. The runs were 14201 and 14202 (tagger was ON during both full runs). Below are results from 14202:

T1 rate is 311.81k GC rate is 315.95

Using group 3n loss deadtimes are: t1 30.09 GC 29.69
using group 4n loss deadtimes are: t1 38.44 GC 37.94
    Using group 3w loss deadtimes are: t1 30.71 +/- 2.52 GC 30.31 +/- 2.49
    Using group 4w loss deadtimes are: t1 40.32 +/- 2.88 GC 39.80 +/- 2.85

    (all deadtimes are in ns).

These are the same as previous electron deadtime studies (Nov.19) with GC width 50-55ns, so the GC width in VETO was not the cause that positron runs on Nov.23 showed larger T1 deadtime.
