I also set the event count back to a high number, not sure how many events it will reach with a prescale of 4 but I prefer the file to be as close as 2 GByte so we can cut without chaining files. Depending on which on the two CPU then end of run will fail, with Murphy's law I guess that makes it more that 50 % to fail the end of run. as long as you hit the submit button the analysis will proceed. Run 21229 has ok plots but gain seemed a bit low so I increased the amplifier to 12.
If you see empty histograms ie plots with titles but empty, then one has to do a abort and download. Otherwise just enjoy the suspens of the failed end of run usually run is fine even it it claims end of run fail. Don't hesitate to hit cancel and reset after you hit the submit button in case it seems stuck for more than 30 seconds.
