Cavity positions might be ok for Cav2 and Cav3, although
in the prompt output they look suspicious (fig 2).

The cavities need some attention.  This would be a serious problem
for PREX but I guess not for PVDIS (else someone would have sounded
the alarm presumably).  I think we should start with the setup
GUI and see if the pre-gain, post-gain, and phases are ok.
Probably something saturating.  I doubt that a cable is unplugged.
