We informed Bob M. about the Network switch problem, and he said that we should check if other ROCs in left arm respond. They do NOT. However, ROCs in right arm respond normally. Therefore we decided to ask MCC for the escorted controlled access, so that when Bob arrives he will be able to go into the HALL and try to fix the problem
