6:00 compton cavity power dropped close to 0, no more good compton rates, just 
background
6:30 informed Alexander about the compton rates, and he is looking at it. he 
took over the the daq as well.
6:38 move the target back to LD2
8:00 ask MCC for controlled access for the techs to look at the right arm 
magents, and get it fixed
